Dues are payable every quarter ( January, April, July, October) in the amount of $81.90 and are due by the 5th of the month.

Any changes or additions to the outside of your home must be submitted in writing to the Environmental Protection Board and approved.

Meetings are held every first Thursday of the month in the club house at 7:00pm.

Copies of Deer Run By-Laws and convents or available for a $25.00 fee.

Requests for Resale Certificates Should be Forwarded to Rj Development Co. there is a $125.00 Fee for all Resale's Certificates.
